Back in June I wrote about an All In One Tool for My Business. I was skeptical I have to admit. So many tools, ads, marketers say “oh here is a product and it will work”, but then I find out either it is just too expensive or something that irritates me to pieces, is I can never get a hold of customer service to help me or it does not do what they say it does.

Well, I tested this tool AllProWebTools. Of course I had to learn a few things, okay a lot of things. Only kidding. Hesitantly, and I say that because his team are a bit adverse to change, especially since we were using a very well-known CRM. My client, however, was “let’s do this”. He was excited because it was a fraction of the cost, seriously he was saving about $200 a month. Now I had to prove it was a good tool, no pressure!

As I thought, his team had a lot of questions, not quite happy to change, quite frankly there seemed to be a lot of resistance.

BUT….the customer service was outstanding! All of the team at AllProWebTools – including its owner Dave Kramer, worked with someone on our team to get things just how they wanted them. After a while, I was told by one of our team members, the customer service was great, it was as I said it was. Score!

Yes, it is true – best customer service ever – you get live people to speak with. They have numerous support options. Their customer service was very patient, knowledgeable and we became friends. Yes I said friends. I know it sounds strange but this company is different, you become part of the family. Anyone who knows me, knows I am Italian and family, well that is important! So you know I am happy!
Most importantly the program did what it said it could do. And when our team needed something to be changed or tailored to our needs, AllProWebTools had no problem doing that. Now what company do you know – does that? So far I have put two of my clients on AllProWebTools and I can say they are very happy.
